The office of the Federation of Swiss Protestant Churches (FSPC) is divided into

The Ecumenical Relations Division (CRD)
The Institute for Theology and Ethics (ITE)
The Communication Department
The Central Services Department

The office employs more than 30 full-time and part-time staff. Its operations are directed by the director, Rev. Theo Schaad.
